Ahoy, sailors of the maritime world! It’s time to set your sails for the European Maritime Day 2024, docking in the picturesque port of Svendborg, Denmark, on 30 and 31 May.

The last time stakeholders had the possibility to get together as exhibitors was in 2023. The European Commission, the City of Svendborg and the Danish Maritime Authority are happy to be able to offer this possibility once again and to give stakeholders the chance to showcase their projects

The European Maritime Day In My Country is the Commission initiative gathering events celebrating our ocean and seas.

The European Maritime Day (EMD) 2024 is taking place again as a fully-fledged physical event, in Svendborg, Denmark on 30-31 May 2024. As every year, this will not be the only action to celebrate our seas and oceans and the sustainable blue economy. 

As usual, the EMD will offer a rich programme including: An opening session with keynote speeches, High Level Panels on the latest developments of European maritime policies, Numerous high-quality workshops organised by maritime stakeholders

The 2024 edition of the European Maritime Day will take place in Svendborg, Denmark, on 30-31 May. Co-organised by the European Commission, the City of Svendborg and the Danish Maritime Authority, this fully-fledged physical event will feature inspiring high-level panels, attractive workshops,

The atmosphere in Brest is electric. The Brest Expo, lightened up in blue and white for the occasion, is immersed in a non-stop buzz of voices in the background. The European Maritime community has gathered for two days in this French coastal city, whose maritime heritage is woven into its history.

This year the conference will take place in Brest (France) on 24 and 25 May 2023.
